That chrome header is for the stock muffler of the GY6 150cc vento scooters. Idk if it will mount to the goldish canister you have there. Also you have to see the way it mounts. If you take a pic of your scooters muffler with the way it mounts its easier for someone to help you find a exhaust system that will work.

on the engine it has a code usually with that you can find out which parts work for your engine I am not too familiar with the Kymcos but i have had customers with the Agility 125 buy parts from me.

The Drive face with the cooling fins ALL ARE 115mm that is why they sell the performance 115mm Variator to match the Drive face with the fins. Alleyoop I wonder what the heck i was measuring then when i worked at the other store lol.

Good luck with that 1P57QMJ. Every customer i have ever had with that engine code none of my parts fit it. Nothing at all. No big bore kit, No Valve head, no stroker crank. I specifically have it written in my description that the parts dont fit it and so do the others.

scooter is a 2008, but only has about 400 miles on it. Previous owner let fuel gum up the carb and thought he had electrical problem. I'm assuming he pulled the flywheel to look at the stator and didn't re-torque it properly. Think i'm gonna try repairing the key slot in the crank with welder and die grinder before I open the case. Worst I can do is screw it up and have to open the case anyway. Very true! Good Luck!

I have never in my life done a clay test or valve clearance test on any engine i have built with a stock crank. the big port valve head you got i know that head the valves are same size as stock just flat. You will be good. Put it together and turn the engine by hand if you want to make sure nothing is hitting.

A9 camshaft on gy6 150cc stock cylinder I have had many customers do that and they just install the regular head gasket. Your valves should not hit the piston since your running a stock crank and your camshaft is not a big one like the A-15 to A17

I am not a big fan of it only because of the body parts are very difficult to find in the event you want to change them or get into an accident. as for the actual scooter looks good. One thing tho in the event you want more performance out of it is ask for the engine code. its stamped on the engine usually right below the transmission. If its a 157QMJ then its a good one and easily modified if your into that sort of thing. Try $800.00 offer and see what he says. If he says no then go a little higher until you feel comfortable. Make sure there is a title and and its in his name.

isnt that what the enricher or choke is for? some are automatic some are manual depending if you have a stock carb or after market one. If your bowl is going dry have you checked for leaks? I have left mine for weeks up to months also and usually all i had to do was pull up the choke (I had a aftermarket flatside carburetor) to get it to start.

Cant see the picture too clearly but it looks like That crank is not going to work anymore. It wont hold the woodruff key. As for the welder i have never tried that so i am not too sure. Also get a new flywheel. Both parts are pretty cheap. Also while you have the case open i would replace a couple things depending on how old your scooter is Things like the Oil pump chain, Timing chain, Guides, oil seals, Valve seals, piston rings if they are worn, These are things that get worn down over the years and are good idea to replace.
