There is no such bolt on kit to make a GY6 50cc into a 150cc. you must weld. Several people make brackets. one i think its called maddogscooters in florida they have a bracket you can weld. But you will never find a bolt on kit. Only for the Ruckus GET engines.

Their site is still up but phones are disconnected. If you notice most of the performance section parts are gone on their website. There were rumors that they were moving to a different state but spoke to several distributors and they all confirmed the same thing they are shutting down and moving on

What material is the Bell made of? The mfg lists very little information other than its forged.. What does it weigh in comparison to what you had? I'll check how much it weighs but i do remember it weighed a decent amount more than the Ban Jing Bell i had on there before. and the manufacturer only thing they say is its a "Forged titanium bell" tho every manufacturer in Taiwan when they say Titanium they mean like titanium coating but actual Titanium.

You do realize that business shut down right? They put the entire contents of their warehouse up for sale last year... They may still have some stuff they are trying to sell but its over for them. EDIT: I see this forum still has their banner up. May be time for the admin to take down their banner.

CDI, Ignition Coil, Stator, Kill switch. That is pretty much it for the spark. Check all, Replace them. even if you replaced the CDI the new one could be defective.

Wow. You found a old thread from like 3 years ago lol. THis 232cc mounts the same way any other GY6 150cc engine mounts. as for carb. Yes you need a bigger carb from stock. a 30mm to 32mm is recommended like the OKO Flatside carb. and yes a upgraded transmission is recommended. 232cc is the top of the line motor. You want to upgrade everything. BTW this post is so old that i dont sell these anymore and i have a new website.

I dont measure it. I simply keep the scooter level and keep filling until the oil comes out of the fill hole and i stop.

Just change it regardless if you know dont know if its old or new. I personally change my engine oil every month. and the gear oil every 3 months.

Here is what i use and what i use to put it in. The clear bottle is from a womens beauty store what they usually use to paint their hair with. Works perfect. I keep the scooter level and fill it up til the oil starts coming out of the fill hole. I also take advantage of getting a Prima Magnetic Oil Drain plug kit and installing magnetic plugs for the gear oil and engine oil plugs.
