with a 3mm you either have to use a spacer or shave down the piston. one or the other. below are pictures of my piston when i had it shaved down next to the exact same piston before it was shaved down. as for how i did it i took it to a machine shop in Puerto Rico and those guys already knew how much they wanted to shave down. I prefer Taida over Hoca.

your little scooter i doubt there is much you can do there. as for putting the gas tank on the floor where your battery is its possible but probably wont look so good. You would need a Mikuni Fuel pump or something similar to get the gas to your carb. there is a gas tank out there that is an upgrade but i doubt it will fit on that scooter. its made for ruckuses. monstergy6.com/ruckus_gas_tanks_pumps.htmYou can always carry a portable gas tank with you. like the ones you use to store fuel for your lawn mower. Also your tank in the diagram in the link provided looks like my exact tank and i get about a gallon and half on mine.

I have installed every stroker for the GY6 150cc engine. Basically you have to use a spacer for 3mm and above. Reason is the piston will hit the valve head. Now there is a way around that but most dont know how to do it. You take the piston and have it shaved down and the valve seats made deeper. I have a picture of mine and i need to find it. Doing this yo wont have to use a spacer. It will work with both 3mm and 4mm. As for the 6mm I shaved down the piston and added a thin spacer. Issue i ran into was the 92 link timing chain i used was too long. stock chain would not fit. So i modified the chain tensior to make it a little longer and it worked great. Now for the 8.2mm is tricky. issue is because of the stroke is so long that during the down stroke the piston can come too far out of the cylinder and jam a piston ring causing failure. They do make Big Bore kits that have longer skirts or built in spacers specifically for the 8.2mm kits. Also when doing strokers you sometimes have to grind down at the oil pump area a bit so the rod does not hit it.

Well Scooterpooki would have to verify that it is indeed a left hand thread puller and not a right hand puller. I know you believe it's a left hand puller but maybe some in the batch you got are not and I am sure you did not verify that the one you shipped was indeed a left hand puller, mistakes can happen not a problem. Alleyoop NO i do not verify that they are all. Looking at all of these i have next to me and they are all left handed thread as so are the hundreds that have been sold. If the customer wants to take a picture of the threads and post it so we can all see if it is left or right that will explain it.

Could be. If the puller tool is not working for you return it and i will issue you a refund. If all else fails go to a discount tool store and get yourself a three prong puller and that should remove your flywheel. just be careful doing it. My return address is

Well 27mm is correct but it could be a right hand thread puller Look at the THREADS and see if they are slanted forward or slanted back toward you if you where holding the center bolt. Alleyoop They are counter clock wise threads and the 50cc is regular clock wise threads.

He just contacted me on ebay I have sold hundreds of these and only few complaints about threads damaged in shipment. Everyone else has loved it and proof is in the feedback. Now i do offer a money back guarantee. If it does not work or fits he may return it for a full refund. Idk tho why it works for everyone else but not his. Could he have a funky flywheel?

You could just give them a call or send them a email and ask them about the rings. I am sure they will be more than happy to help you out. I have kits for 150cc that the rings are not marked and some are marked. Depends on the manufacturer.

yea could be you are not getting the necessary fuel needed for those speeds. I would check your petcock and make sure its working great. i upgraded my petcock to the Mikuni Fuel pump one but that one flows alot more than stock. I have a high performance engine so thats why. but yea check vacuum and your fuel pump.

Sure the oil is not coming out of the valve cover vent? usually indicated too much oil in the engine or possibly a compression ring is worn down or damaged. When my scooter did it it was the compression ring. One of my customers it was too much oil.

man i forgot. I lost mine once when i was riding the vibrations i guess took it out. I had a hard time finding one that fit. When i did they were not as strong as the factory bolt and ended up snapping quick. I would try www.partsforscooters.com since they carry so many OEM parts for those engines. They have a chat feature on their website that you can ask them. Good Luck.
