If its different it wouldn't be an a8 camshaft it would be an a9 or a10 exactly. High angle cams are usually the A14 and A15. I dont understand. To me the manufacturer put that just to sell. I am interested tho to see what is so different with it. If you know how to measure them please do.

gy6racingteam is known for selling lots of fake stuff. they have a huge selection but when it comes down to it lots are fake and misleading. Such as his crankshafts. he says they are forged but they are not. I have the exact same crankshafts he has and they are not forged. His OKO carburetors are fakes and so on. I would love to compare that camshaft to a regular A8 and see if there is a difference.

Anyone sell anything to get the kick start gear off the crank my pullers aren't budging it. Bout to cut it off and buy a new gear. usually most people use a three prong puller. Mine usually always comes off with just a tap of a hammer.

Glad to have you back. BTW, the NCY throttle unit (I bought from you) with pin bearings is one beautifully machined part, and is lightyears away in quality from the OEM Chinese plastic. Thats great! I had one installed on my scooter but i ended up installing the cable wrong i think and it snapped it while i was in traffic lol. had to dismantle the throttle and pull the cable to my store to change it out lol

Welcome Back!!! By the way...I am still using that awesome coil / spark plug cable that I bought from you. It is GREAT! It is the best made and most heavy duty scooter coil that I have ever seen and I would recommend it to anyone. --Jim That is awesome! I run the same one in my scooter now for about 3 years and no issues at all.

That works, so the 4mm doesn't need a 92 link chain I don't want to get it all together and then get to the cam and have to start totally over and wait for the chain to come in. No. Because when i did my 6mm stroked scooter the 92 link chain was too long and had to modify my chain tensior and make it longer to get it right. Now if you switch to the Taida valve heads then yes you will need it because it is a taller head. but your using the NCY head.

Great if you get spacers in I'll buy the 4mm then, let me know I have my motor all apart in my basement. I have read that the 6mm need the piston shaved and that it may leave the cylinder sleeve and eventually ruin your motor. The 6mm does require alot more work. I have it on my other scooter and it is amazing and have had no issues with it but i had to do a lot of work. I checked at my store front and found a spacer at the display counter. If you order it i will include it for you.

The blue scooter is mine and the others belong to our employees. Most are coming into work now on motorized bicycles. Extremely cheap. This is at the front part of our warehouse.

I'd go with the 3mm stroker if I don't have to fight to figure out what size timing chain id need and I see your cranks don't come with the chain or spacers. I was sold out of spacers which is why i was not including them and more are to arrive this week. as for chains the 3mm does not require a longer chain. my daily drive scooter is a 3mm stroke and all i did was install spacer and grind down a little at the oil pump. 4mm also does not require a longer chain. now the 6mm+ require longer chains.

From what i have seen and what customers have told me the A9 is best for top end speed. I have yet to try out a A8 myself so let us know how you like it.
