I'm curious about this, does it use the 6mm spacer, shaved piston or is it a special jug to give clearance? The 232cc kit does not use a spacer. The cylinder is actually taller with a kind of built in spacer. No shaving no nothing. Its install and go! You only use the 6mm spacer when installing the 8.2mm crank without the 67mm bbk.

I use to get those fake checks probably 8 a week. A long time ago i posted on a site that i wanted to buy my own island and who wanted to donate to my fund lol it was a joke but quickly i got people sending me checks every single day via UPS OVERNIGHT. I knew they were fake. I would take them to these check cashing places so they could use them in training new employees to spot fake checks. Everyday i would go there and they could not believe that i was getting so many checks. Probably got in total over 200 checks until I moved to Puerto Rico. Once i decided to mess with one of the guys who sent me a check and told him i cashed it and i was not going to send him anything that i was going to spend it all and he got so pissed and was cussing me out that he wanted his money. lol It was pretty funny.

I made my oil catch can out of one of those plastic bottles people use to put ketchup in or the ones that women use to color their hair. Inside the bottle i put two stainless steel brillo pads to prevent the oil from blowing out the top from the air. At the bottom of the bottom i did a bunch of holes. and at the top where the spout it i cut it a little bigger and put a hose in it and some silicone to secure it. and ran the house down to my valve cover vent tube

Mine did that. Even with the hose i was holding it all the way straight up and the oil would blow right up and out of the house. my valve cover vent was fine. Turned out it was the piston rings.

Doesn't make me feel very confident since mine came in a plastic zip-lock bag and no Gates sleeve. >:-( Yes yours is most likely a fake. Always go to a well known dealer such as partsforscooters who distribute gates belts. They got a bunch of different ones in stock. go get yourself two and keep one for a spare.

Almost all OKO carburetors come with main jets that are way to high for what they are intended. Like for the GY6 150cc a 30mm carb has a 138 main jet. Which is way too high.

A 6 pole flywheel is smaller so you cannot use a 6 pole flywheel on a 8 or 11 stator. You can use a 8 pole flywheel on a 11 pole stator. Just make sure the flywheel you get the Magnet outside the flywheel that triggers the pickup coil is in the same position as your current flywheel. So look at the cutout for the woodruff key on the Flywheels, orient them say 12 oclock and see if the outside magnet on the NEW flywheel is in the same position as your old flywheel, if so then that flywheel will work. If the new flywheels pickup magnet is not in the same position then the new flywheel will not work, it will fire the spark plug at the wrong time. Alleyoop Here are two flywheels notice the different positions of the Pickup Magnet. Nice!! did not know that about the magnet for the pickup! But yea just like he said. 6 will only work for the 6 coils and 8-11 are the same flywheels. Only thing i have seen different between the 8-11 is some do have 11 magnets inside the flywheel and some have 8 magnets but i have not seen the 11 magnet flywheel for a long time now.
