the 6mm is amazing but it gave me a headache building. and probably more for you in the usa. The piston is required to be shaved at the top and bottom, tensior will need to be modified. grinding down at the oil pump is required really for any stroke crankshaft. Your issue is finding a machine shop that will know exactly how to shave down a piston for your scooter.

My scooter i ride to work everyday has a 3mm stroke crankshaft in it and all i did was install a spacer and that was it. Have had it now for about 3 years in my scooter with no issues at all. I read somewhere you shaved your piston? yea you do if you do not want to use a spacer.

Gonna order a crankshaft Thursday trying to decide which to get 2.2, 2.5, 3, 4 or 6mm. Trying to avoid the chain don't fit issue if I have to modify the cam chain tensioner and use a longer chain id rather go all out and do a 6mm and shave the bottom of the piston. Got two days to decide want to do a 3mm with stock chain but I've read many stories about the chain is to short after the spacer and gaskets. Like I said if I got to get a longer chain id make my work worthwhile and go big. My scooter i ride to work everyday has a 3mm stroke crankshaft in it and all i did was install a spacer and that was it. Have had it now for about 3 years in my scooter with no issues at all.

Nice but not nice enough for the amount that they're probably asking for the helmet. I am wondering how much they will ask for that helmet. I am thinking $1,000+ Which is way more than most are willing to spend on a helmet. plus i constantly drop my helmet and dropping this one will probably ruin the display.

Doesn't your scooter have a kick start system? no battery is required to start your scooter with a kick start.

gy6racingteam is known for selling lots of fake stuff. they have a huge selection but when it comes down to it lots are fake and misleading. Such as his crankshafts. he says they are forged but they are not. I have the exact same crankshafts he has and they are not forged. His OKO carburetors are fakes and so on. I would love to compare that camshaft to a regular A8 and see if there is a difference. I agree, they sell a lot of fake stuff! I while back I bought the NCY "high performance titanium valve springs" and when I got them they were softer than the original springs. Titanium is lighter than steel / iron and when I control weighed them so they were heavier than the original springs, they were also magnetic and Titanium is not magnetic. Would never put them in my engine so I threw them in the trash... No NCY Valve springs are really titanium. That is the issue with them. they put on their description that they are titanium but in reality they are Electroplated with a titanium finish. basically to make it look like titanium. Nothing NCY sells is titanium. Like currently they put up a few pistons and saying they are forged. I know for a fact they are not forged. He creates his own label and puts them on the white box. He is selling a piston that he says is forged but in reality it is not he sells it for about $55.00 or so. Now i carry a real Forged Piston made by Taida which retails for $98.00+

why was this thread moved to vendors and dealer specials? there is nothing here that a vendor has put for sale. This is about a camshaft that someone bought from a seller on ebay and we are discussing it.

I wedged a crowbar under it and banged it with a hammer broke a small piece off the case in doing so, I'll fill in the crack with jb weld. You use the hammer and the puller or just the hammer? I dont pound on it. I tap it and tap it and us a flat head screwdriver to try to get it off. its not easy. If you have never removed it then most likely it is stuck in there really good. I would ask around for a puller. about the case yea JB Weld would be good. Here is the puller tool. Comes in handy. not my picture i found it on google
