what is the perfect size for 21oko carb main jet ?with a 72cc polini contesta.. That i do not know. I am not familiar with those smaller engines. I only work with GY6 150cc engines so hopefully someone can help you out with that here. but just a heads up a stock GY6 150cc scooter has a 105 main jet so my guess is you need something a lot lower than that.

my scooter starts perfect all the time. Still i put the battery tender on it every week or so for a while to keep the battery in tip top shape. been doing this for about 2 years now on this battery and works amazing. I do sometimes forget to hook it up to the charger and battery runs amazing. starts right up quickly. My dad does the same thing with his Harley. Puts it on the tender every once in a while.

Yes you can down jet to any number you want. Most oko carbuetors come with really high number jets. but make sure you dont run lean.

I use the Battery Tender waterproof one. I love it because it comes with a quick connect plug. Just connect it to your battery and you can quickly connect or disconnect your charger. I charge mine every weekend. Just plug it in and forget it.

I have a 230cca battery taida starter clutch and a knock off high torque starter motor. I'm using the stock wires off the starter motor since the plug was different. I'm going to rewire the starter wires if that don't work I'll get the taida starter motor. My kick start was broke from the factory so that's not an option at this time either. One thing that does help at first is what we do with our taida 232cc engine is we turn the variator fan by hand to release the compression and it starts right up. Also a decompression tube does help. Something simple that is cheap or can be made yourself.

Turns over freely by hand with plug out and when I push the button with plug out. It struggled some before the stroker the starter wires get hot should of rewired it long ago. If your leaving the start button pushed then you can burn your wires They will get extremely hot. You never are suppose to leave it pushed for more than 3 seconds. best thing is to give it 3 seconds and let go and another 3 seconds and so on until your start it. Most use a stronger battery 12amps or more alongside with a high torque starter.

Our Taida 232cc Engine we dont run a oil cooler and the engine runs amazing. We ran it hard around almost half the island for about 4 hours hours only stopping for gas and it ran like a champ. It was around degrees that day.

i do not have a favorite team but the big game is the two best teams in their leagues having a game that should be a great game to watch as the two teams fight it out in a close match up not one team blowing it out in the first half I thought it would be like that too.

Just to add some info, if you ever mic the pistons they are not a full 61mm, 62mm or 63mm they all are rounded up. So you have a tiny wee of lee way but not a heck of a lot. Alleyoop I do have this piston in my warehouse that on the label it says its 62.5949 and so on.

Here are pics of a GY6 bored out case to except a 63BBK. Notice the thin walls by the Bolt holes and the side of the Cam Guide(paper thin) and missing a piece of the side wall. Alleyoop Contrary to what most people sell online with those crankshafts they are not forged even tho they say they are forged. Forged Crankshafts will cost $$$$ Also for 63mm its one reason i prefer 62mm because the cylinder walls are thicker than 63mm. There is a 63mm out there with a very thick cylinder wall but i am still at a lost at how they get it to fit in a regular case.

Was very easy to remove, the bolts weren't as tight as I thought they should of been and the gaskets broke but I have new ones, so far its been a simple process. With all the vibrations screws become loose. Its good when you are finished and satisfied with your engine to use some blue loctite on the engine bolts that close the casing.

that is a good idea marking the holes and bolts so putting back together is easier yes very good idea. when you put them all in a bowl you can easily forget which bolt goes where.
