So I've been trying to get this flywheel puller on for about 2 hours now. I bought the double sided 24 and 27mm. Using the 27mm side on my 150cc and I just can't screw it in. It gets about 2 turns in then pops it's self off like its a fraction too big, but that shouldn't be right? Tried spraying it clean with brake cleaner and then oiling it up, but no relief... Am I missing something?

It's reverse threads so you have to screw it in counter clockwise.

Yea, tried that too. I feel this one is counter cause it does grab for a second and will get tight after about two turns and when I try to go further then it pops right off.

If that is what is happening then you got the wrong puller, wrong pitch on the threads. Alleyoop

Are you backing out the center bolt on the puller? It needs to be almost all the way out to work right.... then when it's tightened down, then you give the center a good turn or so and off they usually come.

Yea I tried backing the center completely out. But it doesn't usually stay when I start to bolt it back in. I feel like I've tried every possible thing. Even sticking the puller in the freezer to contract it making it smaller haha

He just contacted me on ebay I have sold hundreds of these and only few complaints about threads damaged in shipment. Everyone else has loved it and proof is in the feedback. Now i do offer a money back guarantee. If it does not work or fits he may return it for a full refund. Idk tho why it works for everyone else but not his. Could he have a funky flywheel?

Well 27mm is correct but it could be a right hand thread puller Look at the THREADS and see if they are slanted forward or slanted back toward you if you where holding the center bolt. Alleyoop
