Folks just done getting burned from these thieves.
I place a order for three items one being a 13" wheel, the two small items were shipped in a 6x6x6 envelope and No other package.
I investigate my paypal and it showed only the One 6x6x6 envelope shipped.
Ok so call them right? Wrong there line is Never answered an the voice mail is Always Full.
E-Mail right? Wrong there E-Mail for service come back undeliverable.
So I open a claim with paypal and No response from Scrappy, I moved to a dispute level as anyone can clearly see only a 6x6x6 envelope was shipped, after two days I was informed tuff snit.
I dot get it as its as plane as day there was only a 6x6x6 envelope and a 13" wheel will Not fit in there.
So at this point I suck up the $50
I also see the phone number in there add on this board is now disconnected..
Know body at the helm but there system will still take your money and No Way to contact them for any issue.

You do realize that business shut down right? They put the entire contents of their warehouse up for sale last year... They may still have some stuff they are trying to sell but its over for them. EDIT: I see this forum still has their banner up. May be time for the admin to take down their banner.

You do realize that business shut down right? They put the entire contents of their warehouse up for sale last year... ; I did not know that. Pity, they had a good selection of parts. |

I didn't know either. I check the Scrappy site occasionally to see if they are still offering the 200cc GY6 crate motors.

Maybe the will call counter is shut down but there e system is still taking orders and your money..

Their site is still up but phones are disconnected. If you notice most of the performance section parts are gone on their website. There were rumors that they were moving to a different state but spoke to several distributors and they all confirmed the same thing they are shutting down and moving on

dudes got people mad at him all over apparently, I don't bother with PatPal, credit card issued by my local bank only, because they'll 100% have my back in something like this. Sorry you get ripped off, but a lot of businesses unfortunately try to grab all the cash they can before closing their doors and then say sorry, we're closed, can't pay ya.
