Looking at where the carb is attached to the cylinder there is a four screw plate, am I right in thinking this is the reed valve. If so I will order a new one somehow, the problem with Senda's are their are two many models to choose from. Yes pull off that Four Screw plate and the Reed Cage is behind there. |

Im having bit of trouble determining if she is a Piston Port or Reed Valve motor.

Ok a White plug is indicating a Lean condition.
You may have a air leak..
How many miles on the bike?
How well does the bike start from cold? good? bad? take awhile or?

IMHO, OCG is not in any way "chest thumping" or bragging - he is sharing stories of his life. If you do not like them, please do not read them - it is really that simple. There is a magazine called "Reminisce" that has articles like what OCG writes. Perhaps Leo should submit some articles/pictures to them as well? A more appreciative and forgiving audience there, I am sure... Accuracy and specificity are fine for a post that is trying to solve a problem, but this is fun stuff in the non-scooter area - no martinets here, please... If we insisted that every word submitted to "scrabble 5 letters" actually BE a word, where would we be? ;-) I don't give a crp about a little extra icing with some Whipped Cream and a Cherry on top but how about keeping it within the realm of reality? If its not catching the hand guards of a AR on fire in semi-auto form or a tinny person standing on the gas tank waking the throttle with there other foot and surfing a supposed 250 hp bike without a wiggle or the. or Neutral drops by hand, de Chipped by 250hp or so Honda, thats impossible to do even with todays engine management systems . just all bs. |

Ive made numerous trips to Watson's, they have been contracted by Honda to do the Honda pace cars and safety car builds, These cars have been completely disassembled to "Body in White" on a cart, Ive had my hands on them, you don't have one of them. www.watsonracing.com/ |

FYI ill help ya out ,Real race cars IMSA or SCCA have to have certified cages and have them certified every year they race along with the seats in the cars. that are going to have full harness set ups. maybe you have a SCCA parking lot autocross racer that doesn't require the certs. A 490 or 500hp Accord fits no racing classes in IMSA or SCCA. This is a Sparko race seat from one of Bobby Archers Vipers I made into a office chair, see the Cert sticker on the side? Show us yours... The cars are Chassied and no such things bolt in roll cages that can be unbolted , the car would have to be disassembled and the Cage cut out.  and to give you something to do you can look up the rider # and name of the KX in the background.. |

Is there anyone still on this thread that can help me out!? Just bought a used yx127cf for $500, thought I was getting a good deal.. repaired the carb and replaced the battery, had it running good and put around 100miles on it before it starting having idle issues. Now I can't get it to stay running or idle at all. I've replaced the carb with a PZ19, installed a new fuel filter and new spark plug and I'm at a loss. The new carb is clean and functioning right as far as I can tell, I believe the valves are holding compression as well, I could definitely use some advice if available. Has anyone went through any similar issues and also where or how do I find parts.. Thanks in advance! Ill sure try How many total miles on her. can you take a picture of the motor so maybe we can cross over some parts for you. Confirm 100% she is getting fuel and spark.. You should highly consider renting or borrowing a Compression tester from the local parts stores. |

And at the moment I'm in the 440 helping out m eighty five year old Mom And I posed a question to Mom, at 17 years old how much do you think this guys weights? She's like a for real 190- 200, 225 maybe, then I told her you were supposed 350 or 370 or 375 again depending what post or board. And her words "What? Why doesn't anyone call him out on this?"
