I am thinking to start doing some performance upgrades with my scoot. I have a 2005 Strada RX150TE with a 157QMJ engine. I have a good strong 1P57QMJ engine from a 2008 Rocketa MC-07. I have been trying to decide if I want to put an A-9 cam (to begin my performance journey) into the 1P57QMJ Rocketa engine (Much stronger engine to begin with) and install that engine into my Strada or just put the cam in the engine that is already in the Strada (157QMJ).
What do ya'll think would be the best for performance. Swaping the engines is straight forward and is a direct bolt it. I've had the Rocketa engine in my Strada to see if there was any difference (about a 45 minute swap). I will say the Rocketa Engine (1P57QMJ) is a screamer and will outrun the Strada's (157QMJ) on any given day of the week.

Good luck with that 1P57QMJ. Every customer i have ever had with that engine code none of my parts fit it. Nothing at all. No big bore kit, No Valve head, no stroker crank. I specifically have it written in my description that the parts dont fit it and so do the others.
