Does anyone happen to offer a decent service manual for the GY6C 150cc scooters? I see one epay seller offers one but multiple attempts to ask if it is readable have yielded no replies. I must assume that the character has grabbed it off the internet and all I have found so far are so fuzzy as to be totally unreadable! I need to identify a couple parts as well as service this thing.

I am not seeing my Baja 150 scooter in the list. Would it be under a different brand? Also I see mostly owners manuals and not service manuals.

Just tell us what it is your cannot identify with pictures and I will tell you what it is and what it does. Also what service do you want to know about and that as well can be answered. But just for your information all the Chinese scooter are basically all the same UNDER the skins they are no mysteries under the skins. Another tip is not every chinese scooter has a service manual, but a generic service manual for a 150 with your motor will work just fine. Alleyoop

I have asked the questions in other threads but there is a 6mm bolt that holds the front glove box to the frame. Mine is missing the nut and a .75 and a 1.00 will not even start on the bolt. I can not find the thread pitch for that bolt. Someone said it was 1.25 pitch but I do not find that pitch sold, at least around here. I have a 1.00 die and a .75 pitch die but not 1.25. The picture in the parts breakdown pages is so blurry as to be unusable and can not even find a part number to order one.
I am also looking for info and part numbers for the springs that are attached to the center stand as mine is vertually impossible to get to raise once it is down.
So it is not engine info I am looking for but body info and particularly parts breakdowns.

I was the one to tell you its most likely a 1.25 pitch Just go to the hardware store. Any good hardware store will have them ACE I know has them I have gotten them there. I have even gotten the CVT bolts from ACE. Alleyoop

Alley's right. I just bought a 1.25 pitch bolt to replace a missing one on my Phoenix from ACE Hardware.

Alley's right. I just bought a 1.25 pitch bolt to replace a missing one on my Phoenix from ACE Hardware. Not the Ace stores around here. As I said, the choices are .75 and 1.0 for a 6mm bolt. Now if it was 8mm then 1.25 pitch is available but not for a 6mm bolt.

Then order them from a website if you Ace does not carry them. There are two ace stores near me One is a small town Ace and does not carry a lot of stuff but the other one is a big ACE and they have a lot more items. So it all depends on the Size of the Ace and also what products sell and do not sell plays into what they carry. Alleyoop
