Alley's right. I just bought a 1.25 pitch bolt to replace a missing one on my Phoenix from ACE Hardware. Not the Ace stores around here. As I said, the choices are .75 and 1.0 for a 6mm bolt. Now if it was 8mm then 1.25 pitch is available but not for a 6mm bolt.

Does anyone know if I can get a turn signal knob for my Baja SC150? It broke and fell off so I can not use the turn signals...or do I have to buy an entire new turn signal switch assembly with the knob? Does anyone know of a source?
Thank you.

It is a honda motorcycle blank by Hy-ko #Hd74 (no computer chip type) from my local mom and pop hardware store Or check out www.hardwarestore.com/ has them it show you a photo I don't need 10 of them but looks more economical than all the others have been...if it worked. I could use that for my Honda ST1100 though maybe.

If i park my scooter and don't start it for a couple of weeks I have to spin it over quite a few times before it will start. Anyone have this problem? I can not get mine to start at all during the winter and it is difficult to impossible to start when the temp gets below about 50 degrees. Last year I bought a new battery when it was still cold and it would still not start. Once the temp rises to about 50 and above it would start easily. I even tried kick starting but the placement of the kick starter makes it very difficult to use (and painful).

I have asked the questions in other threads but there is a 6mm bolt that holds the front glove box to the frame. Mine is missing the nut and a .75 and a 1.00 will not even start on the bolt. I can not find the thread pitch for that bolt. Someone said it was 1.25 pitch but I do not find that pitch sold, at least around here. I have a 1.00 die and a .75 pitch die but not 1.25. The picture in the parts breakdown pages is so blurry as to be unusable and can not even find a part number to order one.
I am also looking for info and part numbers for the springs that are attached to the center stand as mine is vertually impossible to get to raise once it is down.
So it is not engine info I am looking for but body info and particularly parts breakdowns.

Is the center stand all rusty or something that is making it hard for you to put get it on and off the center stand? Oil the spots where it rotates to free it up some and make it rotate up and down easier. Alleyoop No, the stand is not rusty. It is easy to get it down but it sure does not want to come up without fighting the bike so I assumed that the springs were getting stretched, although this bike only has 1500 miles on it and was never used that much but I tend not to even use the center stand any more and use the side kickstand instead. That is ok in the summer but it is difficult to impossible to start when it cools below 50 degrees so it would be nice to have it on the center stand.

They are usually 1.25 pitch, is the bolt FINE THREAD or COURSE thread, fine thread are really close together. Alleyoop The smallest 1.25 pitch bolt I could find at the hardware store was a 8mm. Are you sure the 6mm bolts are 1.25 pitch? I posted in another thread a want for a service manual for my GY6C 150cc because the parts manuals I have found online are so blurry as to be unreadable and I could not even find that bolt shown or listed and where I found 6mm bolts they did not mention the thread pitch.

I am not seeing my Baja 150 scooter in the list. Would it be under a different brand? Also I see mostly owners manuals and not service manuals.

Mine never had a kick stand switch but u can always bypass it . It's very easy to do . I do not want to disable the kill switch. I want to fix my center stand.

Can anyone tell me what the thread pitch is on/for the 6mm bolts used in the GY6C 150cc scooters? Mine has no nut on the bolt that holds the plastic panel that has the glove box in it from bouncing. I can find no nut that will start on it and too tight to get a die on to chase the threads. I tried using a file to chase the threads but still can find no nut that fits it. Is it .1 or is it .75 pitch? The parts manual I found online I can not even identify the part or see it but am sure it is 6mm. Barring that I need to replace that bolt and not sure how it is inserted and from where. It is annoying to have that plastic boucing back and forth as I ride.

Does anyone know what the springs are on the center stand for a GY6C 150cc scooter. I can not get mine to come off the stand without fighting and fighting it. As a result I use the kickstand but you can not start the scooter with the kickstand out.
Thank you.

Does anyone happen to offer a decent service manual for the GY6C 150cc scooters? I see one epay seller offers one but multiple attempts to ask if it is readable have yielded no replies. I must assume that the character has grabbed it off the internet and all I have found so far are so fuzzy as to be totally unreadable! I need to identify a couple parts as well as service this thing.

ACE hardware Hillman #DC3 or #HD75 I went in to the local Ace Hardware this afternoon and had them make me a key. All they had was the DC3 blank. It did not fit. It did not even come close. It would not even slide into the ignition.
