I'm just curious , checked all my stock drive faces and they are all 115mm . Is this normal ? One even has 115 marked on the drive face itself .

Here is a couple pics , first pic is of a stock variator next to a stock 115mm drive face . The second is of the stock drive face where you can see the 115 marking . And no I didn't mark the variator myself , I know it looks like it was carved into it but the numbers are actually raised . Also you can see the size difference in the variator and drive face in the first pic .  .  |

NO they are not. That is odd. The 115mm ones are upgrades. pretty interesting

Here is another pic of both of my stock drive faces , the one with the broken fin is from the engine that was on my scoot when I bought it. The other one is from the engine I ordered online . Both are stock and both came with a smaller variator " not 115mm " .  |

yes the outter half stock is 115mm , the stock inner is 107mm . The performance variators you use with the stock outter/fan half and the inner is 115mm to match the stock 115mm outer .

Every oem one i have measured have never even been close to 115mm. interesting.

The Drive face with the cooling fins ALL ARE 115mm that is why they sell the performance 115mm Variator to match the Drive face with the fins.

I assumed the stock drve faces were smaller . Funny how many mention they have a 115 drive face . LoL I never thought to measure my stock faces till a couple weeks ago . I have the 115mm ncy finless drive face.
