The best brake pads in my opinion are the EBC Brake pads. Also depending on what type of scooter you have. Your front caliper might be 1 or two pistons. If your one piston then find a front double piston caliper. (Most are for the rear and wont mount correctly to the front) Also Rockynv is correct in his statement.

They really dont make a bigger (Wider) tailpipe. All you really need is a free flow exhaust system. Which you say you already have.if your upgrading your valve head you might as well upgrade the cylinder kit as well to at least a 60mm or 61mm Kit that requires no boring.

Hey everyone. This is Walter. Formally with Scooter Elements. As most of you know i decided to leave the company and move back to Florida and start a new company. Well finally have about % of the parts listed on the site. It is the same format the ecrater site. Instead before when i was only selling parts for GY6 150cc i now carry parts for Gy6 50cc, GY6 150cc, Honda Ruckus, Yamaha Zuma, Vino, Vespa, Kymco, and more. Check out the new website! More parts are scheduled to arrive next week and a shipment from China in about 2 months. Any questions please feel free to ask me here or for quicker response email me at uniquescooter@yahoo.com www.uniquescooterparts.comPS: To any of the admins please change my name on here from Scooter Elements to UniqueSP please.

Hello everyone and thank you for you replies however i have already ordered my kit before even one of you replied, i need this as soon as possible. I went with the 58.5mm from scooter elements from taiwan. Is this a good brand? Yes it is. I use to work there and i am the one that had those kits manufactured in Taiwan. Very good quality.

I totally disagree, going from 149.6 to 155cc give me a break not even worth the money and time and work. Alleyoop i agree also. Save up and get a Taida 61mm kit. It requires no boring of the crankcase. Drowsports.com has them.

I'm staying home and keeping my dog calm. She doesn't do well on the fourth unless I'm home. Gigi is funny, so loyal to my wife, but looks to me for protection... I have two dogs and one will watch the skies and bark at the fireworks but my other one she gets so scared that a few days ago i was not home at night and they were shooting off fireworks my mom found her trying to hide behind my AC unit. So she will be with me during that night.

yea it sucks. Really i would only go with reputable people like partsforscooters.com who have such great customer service and actually bring quality parts. Parts might be a little higher than what you find on ebay but you wont have issues like what your having.

Alright about GY6 150cc engines. Many of them are really 125cc. Reason for that is many places in the world 150cc engines are illegal and 125cc are legal. Example is the British Virgin Islands idk why but they are. So they cant import 150cc engines. Simple way to tell is usually opening it up and you will see 2 things. 1 is the valve head. It will have smaller ports and smaller valves similar to those found on 110cc engines. number 2 is the cylinder and piston. The piston is slightly smaller cant remember exact measurements but i believe it was like 52.4mm and the 150cc are 57.4mm. If you have ever noticed performance parts such as NCY or OKO or whatever the description on the box is 9 times out of 10 says for a GY6 125cc its because its the most common engine sold out of China. Also there was a thread about something similar on the old scootdawg site. scootdawg.proboards.com/thread/36787Also wheni bought my scooter it was a Vento Phantom R4I 150cc and the paperwork and title said 150cc but it was very slow compared to my friends and we opened it up and yup it was really 125cc

Hi again,Walter.Im hoping you may be able to shed some light on my engine ?.We bought a new GY6-180 motor,[supposedly],i ran it for 2 race meetings, but it was slower than our old 163cc GY6.Today we pulled it down to start the new build and found its actually only 168cc and the valves are smaller than the 150['that explains a few things !].Im now wondering if we have a "B" case or some oddball thing. The stud spacing is definitely 57mm and the engine # is 161QML ,are you able to figure out what we have from this?,there doesnt appear to be much "meat" around the studs for a BBK and still have good gasket sealing area,im a bit concerned about shipping parts 5000 miles and finding they dont fit .Thanks !! That particular engine code i am not too familiar with. I know www.scrappydogscooters.com does sell them. I would ask them on that one. I am familar with the 157QMJ engines.

Hi,Im hoping you can help me with parts/advice,im in New Zealand and we run a pr of racing grass karts with GY6-150 motors, currently the fast one has a 196 63mm/6mm stroker and 4 valve head etc,we want to build up a "B" case motor 65mm x 3mm stroker and big 2 valve head to see how they compare or would you reccomend staying with the 63mm/6mm crank ?.Can you supply, crank, head and Cyl kit ?,Thanks Hi, That is a nice setup you have already. Spending the money just to go up to 65mm and a 3mm stroke is not worth it. Now if you were to go with a 232cc engine that is 67mm and a 8.2mm stroke with the oversized valve head then yes that is worth it. I currently do not sell those parts at the moment anymore. But i do recommend yo check out www.drowsports.com they have many options for you to build your engine or they can build it for you. BUt the engine you have right now seems like a great engine. I never have used a 4 valve head. Most where i use to live in Puerto Rico do not use it. They prefer the Taida Oversized valve head. With that 6mm stroke your using you will have much more torque vs going to a 65mm bbk with a 3mm stroker.
