I posted this before, like a month ago but when I was driving my variator nut came loose, causing the variator fan to rub on the cvt cover,I heard this and immediately shut it down, when I removed the cover the nut was loose and I could see scuffs inside the cover, nothing too crazy, but now when I went to pull the drive boss off its stuck, someone suggested wd40 I tried that with no luck, could I use a puller, like position it behind the variator ramps,I'm just really Leary about using any tools on it and screwing up the splines.has any one else had this issue? Also my valve cover is leaking,I would like to use rtv sealer in conjunction with the gasket, what type can I use that is not permanent? Thanks a lot guys I heavely depend on my scoot to get to work in the summer months!!

Well not quit I spent $1.00 on sand paper,I removed the clutch bell and hit that with some sand paper on the inside Then I sanded the three clutch shoes just enough to take off the shiny glaze, no more shuttering on take off and very noticeable improvement in low to mid acceleration.i do realize this is prob a well known procedure to some of you but if not give it a shot!

This might be a foolish question but I have a 150cc and weigh about 185 on a good day and my wife weighs 105, so is 290 lbs to much for that little engine? I looked through the supplied "manual" if you can even call it that,(I'm pretty sure a small child wrote it,the grammar was awfull) but anyway I saw no mention of max load.we only ride 2 up every so often a few miles along the lake now and then,I just don't want to blow it up! It seems perfectly content cruising at 45-50mph.

That pretty much sums it up,just started to bounce all over the place when I'm riding, what's up with that? If its on the center stand running it sorta doese the same thing no where near as bad.

While at work today's saw a couple driving around one of those three wheel trikes, two in the back one in the front, man they look really cool in person,I always thought they where kinda goofy until I saw them in person, just curious in stock form are they a lot slower then a two wheeled scoot? Do the handle well?

I had the chance to barrow a 2008 mustang gt with a five speed manual, that car had 300 hp I believe,it was scary fast,I could go 80 and down shift to 4th and it pulled massively hard we'll past 100

My front wheel squeaks pretty bad,I pulled off the brake caliper to rule that out, when I spray some wd40 on the wheel hub it will stop for a couple miles,so my question is can you repack grease in there? And if not would an automotive store have something like that?

Automotive supercharges compress the air before entering the engine I doubt the electric one could do that, look on YouTube there is a bunch of vids disproving them.
