My front wheel squeaks pretty bad,I pulled off the brake caliper to rule that out, when I spray some wd40 on the wheel hub it will stop for a couple miles,so my question is can you repack grease in there? And if not would an automotive store have something like that?

I have had some that if your real carefull you can get the rubber out and put grease in and put the rubber back but if you mess up the rubber replace it dont take a chance of something happening

Most of those bearings are sealed, it would be better just to replace them esspecially up front.

On the Girlfriends 150, I pulled and regreased the axle no squeeks since With a sealed bearing you could have just ended up masking the problem especially if you left the axel loose so that it the bearing is spinning around it. That said sometime front wheel squeeks are from the speedometer pickup or the washers and cups such as they are on a particukar bike being installed in the wrong order.

You need to just replace it. They don't cost very much and is your life really worth not spending a few dollars on? If it breaks while your riding it could send you into oncoming traffic and get real ugly.
Also wd-40 is not the best lubricant to use on anything except squeaky doors hinges. It is a lubricant but it also is a solvent and a DE-greaser. It will strip away and break down any grease that is in the bearing and it has a short life as a lubricant especially at high temperatures and speeds.

I had sealed bearings that were essentially rusted "shut" (on a new bike! ) I tapped them out with a brass drift pin and replaced them with a set of Japanese bearings. (it wasn't hard to do.)

Same here...fresh from the crate and seized front bearings. $7.99 ea + $3.99 shipping ea. from Chinese parts vendors. So went into town to the bearing dealer and got 2 Timken 6202rs bearings for $2.99 ea...$5.98 total..and they are NOT Chinese made garbage... So just find the number on your bearings and look up bearing dealers locally..cheaper price...better quality..and you get them today..not 7-10 days...or if from China 25-30 days..
