The best place to get a new battery is Batterymart.com they ship fast and come ready to install already has acid and charged
Wallyworld wanted$60 bucks for the battery I needed and my neighbor told me about batterymart and I got the same one for $32

You put the piston in with the [int] in the right position? did you put on a base gasket? You checked the valve adj what happens when you take all the adj out of the the intake valve? if it doesnt hit loosen your valve adj dont know if this will help ya but hope it does

Scootwinn- I dont know how our scoots even run with all the heat we have it was 107 here last week and I was out running around and was waiting for the engine sieze at any moment it was like riding in an oven
I hope ya get yours together and going without any problems

I guess its to much compression and yes 2 base and one head gasket
I cant see how it lowers it to much the base gasket is so thin I installed mine without a base gasket only used silicone and it ran great

Check for vacum leaks around carb base gasket and intake

It makes you have less compression I never used one just one alot of people use two on a bbk

I noticed the balance is alot differant your legs are out farther on a motorcycle and your legs and feet are more in the middle when riding the scoot you have to learn to balance differantly

Mine only has 1000k on it and its real dirty mostly dust but mine hasnt looked like yours since it was new yours looks great
