My problem is I put this kit on the bike all timed and valves set when I turn it over by hand the intake hits piston because it don`t come back up all new 80cc bbk what am I missing. if I put my old head on it won`t crank to much comp. ?  |

You put the piston in with the [int] in the right position? did you put on a base gasket? You checked the valve adj what happens when you take all the adj out of the the intake valve? if it doesnt hit loosen your valve adj dont know if this will help ya but hope it does

also look at ur camshaft holes that messed me up before
