The 64mm and 69mm valves are the height not the valve size you would know if you have the wrong rockers there is a good deal of differancs

I didnt drill mine I ground the weld off the exaust tip end and it came off like a cap I then cut the muffler off leaving about 8in where the pipe comes into the muffler I drilled 3--3/16 holes I then ground around the muffler where I cut it off and then welded the cap back on it worked great alot more take off power and better top end

Redroush I feel the same as you the speed limit here in town is 35 at the highest I go get cigeretts and it20 miles away on a back road its 55 on it
Thats why I put the 80ccBBK on mine makes pulling out into traffic alot easyer when I go the back road I run approx 45to 50 on it
I dont have any ins, regestration nothing on it and just putting the 80cc BBK made a world of differance and the way the speed limit is I dont need any more power than I got it gets up and gos when needed

The best way Ive found is use a chalk mark.
Put a chalk mark across the tire tread take it a ride around the block see how the mark is if it only wore the chalk off the center it has to much pressure keep letting the air out and chalking the tire till you just have the chalk mark across the tire wearing off all the way off across the tire evenly

When you didnt have the coil bolted down it didnt have a ground and it being the higher voltage one makes it worse it will shoot all the voltage back threw the wiring and blow out the CDI.
