there is a site chinese parts wholesale they have a bbk.windshield,and perf muffler cheap at the top of there page i just ordered some stuff from them the other day and cant say how good they are yet

if you streach the chain by hand and try to turn it it shouldnt turn so it has to be on the crank

I just bought the 50mm----100cc big bore kit from scrappy i ordered the stage3 performance pak, 20mm carb --A9 camshaft bigbore head it ran great but i used the stock head and it ran the compression up to high and snapped the timing chain and when ordering the heads there is a short and long valves if you order the right one your ok i didnt know about it thats why i put on the stock head while waiting for the short rocker assy

I have some pics but havnt figgured out how to post them. I have a pease 2012 49cc just put a bbk kit and got about 25 miles on it and the timing chain broke getting the new chain today hope the old one was weak link

Just say you put it in storage for $50 bucks a day and the owner never showed up and that youve had it for a year or so and the storage money has well surpassed the amount the scoot is worth and you need a title for it

I installed a BBK everything was going fine i put approx 25 miles on it and it broke the timing chain i did everything i was suppose to like take the spring out and push the end back in bolted it down and then put the spring back in the chain broke in the middle of the link no signs of anything hitting or rubbing on anything Hope someone has an idea of what might have happend i have a new chain coming tomorrow Helpjavascript:add("%20;D")
