The timing chain problem has been solved The head gaskets were to thick I finally got the tin gasket and it went together perfectly and there was plenty of slack in the chain enough to even put the tensioner back on properly. Before i put it together I tryed Dougs Idea of silicone on the base gasket and it was almost enough I bolted the head on with the thick gasket and tryed the cam it was still to tight so when i got the tin gasket all was well again in scooter world. I took it a ride approx 6 miles and ran great. Thanks for all the help

I have the same one the renegade 50 its a 2012 I was like you I bought the stage3 from scrappy with the 100cc bbk I bought the big bore head which i dint care for much and am going back to the stock head for the more compression i got the 20cc carb and all worked ok for the muffler I took the stock one and took the chrome pieces off and ay the end of the muffler i ground off the weld and its like a cap i then cut off the muffler to approx 8in and put 3 3/16 holes in the cap coming into the muffler from the pipe then reinstalled the rear cap back on and it made alot of differance thats what, ive done to mine the kits are pretty easy to install the speed limit in my town is 35 but its nice to have the power to take off and keep up with traffic

What I willm do is when i get the new chain I will put the stock cam in and see if it is loose enough then I will know if its the cam or not. How much differance does the A-9 cam make ? And it was tight with both heads so it has to be either the A-9 cam or the head gasket you guys have been alot of help and I wanna thank ya
