Adjust idle RPM on a warm engine.
Carb enricher increased cold engine RPM. Clutch may engage, which is why you should ALWAYS start engine while on center stand with rear wheel off the ground.

sprayed in intake boot nipple an ran till it burned off That would appear to indicate that fuel is not filling carb bowl? Does this scooter model have a floorboard-level gas tank and a pulse-pump . . or seat-level gas tank and gravity flow? |

Need help with bypassing the remote start/alarm box with a wiring diagram. Perhaps a jumper? These videos may, or may not, provide some guidance? |

2012 ruck clone . . Ice Bear . . 150cc(basic 4 stroke gy6), stock, I hooked up direct gravity fuel feed Unclear how gravity feed works on that model, since the gas tank fuel level is lower than the carb inlet?  |

Typical top speed for the GY6 150cc is around 50mph. No clue on how much the engine has been "tinkered with" . . so one can only speculate what the deficiency may be! Inspect variator . . . |
