Ok everyone, here we go 
I have this all famous 50cc all stock Chinese Scooter. It will only start and run as long as the breather box is off and my hand over the carb., just letting the slight bit of air in. I have tried 4 carbs with same results. I have checked the enricher, Vacume leaks, Petcock, floats in the carbs was checked, jets cleaned, One of the carbs came off a stock 50cc that runs perfect with the carb. and all other carbs work on other stock scoot, I sprayed starting fluid all over the thing while I had it choked to run , no sign of vacume leaks. sprayed in intake boot nipple an ran till it burned off. What in the blazes is going on
