EDIT SOLVED- Bunch of debris in gas tank(and filter) and when I hit the bump it flushed even more stuff from the tank up into the filter- which was deteriorating and happily let all the crud through- right into my carb. cleaned everything and she runs GREAT again, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Hit a bump in the road and upon landing the engine dropped rpms and I found I could only sustain them by keeping them under 4k(under 4k it acts fine). Happened once before and I parked the scoot at my buddy's, and went back for it that night or the next and it was fine/as if nothing had happened. Now its happened again and I assume itll fix itself eventually(hasn't yet, 2days) but I'd really rather figure it out so I can eliminate the problem in the future

2012 ruck clone(listed brand was something odd but there was still a single Ice Bear sticker left on it when I got it a few years back) 150cc(basic 4 stroke gy6), stock, I hooked up direct gravity fuel feed with no change(was hopeful it was just crud in the tank getting stirred up by the bump in the road making its way to the fuel filter/clogging to the point where it could run but not WOT, would've potentially made since because I'd imagine that sometimes gets remedied(at least temporarily) by sitting for a while but alas that was not the case) willing to throw a new plug in/clean carb/check valves too but that stuff has all be done relatively recently and makes little sense being the culprit(based on how the issue came about from a bump, and also went away(first time at least) on its own) optimistic itll either solve itself again or we can hypothesize something that fits the scenario and crack it(because itd be nice to have piece of mine it wont happen anytime I hit a pothole or happen to whoever I may sell it to one day(even if only temporarily)
edit: A clogged main jet would make sense with the symptoms I'm seeing I think though itd surprise me if that were the culprit just because of how it came about and stuff but I guess I'll find out tmrw when I clean the carb

2012 ruck clone . . Ice Bear . . 150cc(basic 4 stroke gy6), stock, I hooked up direct gravity fuel feed Unclear how gravity feed works on that model, since the gas tank fuel level is lower than the carb inlet?

for testing porpoises you can just toss a fuel bottle in the trunk it pretty easy.
I would check the valve springs, see if one of them is broken that will cause the motor to have good power until you hit the RPM limit of the remaining spring and then you will either push air back out the intake or pull exhaust back into the cylinder

tortoise I think chewbaca was explaining it already but I'll elaborate more, for mine I simply zip tied a funnel to the frame beneath the seat with a fuel line running straight down to the carb just to help diagnose where the problem was, and to everybody- really appreciate the help guys, rust in tank rust in filter, filter was deteriorating, big jolts flushed a bunch of rust into the line/filter/beyond and clogged the carb up nice(and I just got lucky the first time w/ the rust settling out of the way and allowing me to ride another 50+miles problem free(til I hit the next big bump in the road) cleaned tank/new filter/cleaned carb runs great now
