Any chance of additional Znen/Motorino models? The F9-1 50cc and F9-2 150cc may have potential . . 12" wheels, flat seat with ignition key operated latch, rear carrier, front fuel tank, and flat floorboard. A 2-strap muffler design would be preferable to the multiple-ears mounting style because so many of those crack from engine vibration. The clamps are easily replaceable and heavy duty options are available.

Clean . . unless this carb has tamper-resistant fuel bowl fasteners, and you lack the resources to remove them.
Also check valve clearance. One alternative to a .05 mm/.002 inch feeler gauge is to cut a strip from the side of an aluminum beverage can.
In addition to carb issues, typical fuel system gremlins include manifold air leaks, and a deficient petcock or fuel/vacuum hoses and in-line filter.

A clutch pad may not be retracting properly . . or the pad material may have separated . . or the #28 nut may have loosened and is contacting the inner bell surface. A #20 bearing failure may also result in a drag force on the rear gearbox shaft . . example.

Also observe if carb slide is rising properly. If not, diaphragm may be deficient. Replacement resource.

Why post multiple threads on the same topic . . context and discussion gets segmented, and confusing to follow?

A Sky Team 125 completed a 2014 San Francisco to New York cross-country using standard 10-40 Pennzoil.
"CT70 seems to be shifting hard, and it even jumped out of 2 gear once".
Eventually failed on the 2015 return cross-country.
"it developed a knock going over beartooth we checked the valves and camchain in Cooke (no internet) He rode it all through yellowstone and grand tetons and it quit making enough power to continue right at the grand teton exit gate."

One re-oil technique is to apply oil to the bushing inner surface with your little finger, microwave for 5-10 seconds, then repeat.
