It 120 for cases from kspower (fender cycle), couldn't find a shop that would machine them for less locally.

Don't be confused, your scooter is not different than your standard car engine, just smaller. There is no wet clutch so you don't need special additives for the clutch. I just recommend changing your oil more frequently as it is a high revving motor. Don't be cheap it only takes a quart!

You can find flanges on eBay from time to time, or pick them up on other forums. Pick up stainless pipe from an online supplier like aces stainless supply.

They don't make an efficient turbo for such small motors. Check totalruckus there were a few peoe over there that did it with poor results. There is a lot of info about ecotron FI kit over MBE's kit and the customer support from each. I will hopefully be FI this season.

I've always said the issue is the header. Everybody thinks that putting holes in the muffler is going to make it flow better, but the real restriction is the header.
As far as a the mount not being correct on a eBay exhaust, well you can only expect so much when there are so many different bodies with the same motor.

You're not the only one with oddball stuff. My short case has different internals, 13" wheel, different electronics, etc.

Well, my vacation is over tomorrow and I'm still waiting on parts :-(. I did take a few minutes and run a new power wire from the battery to the starter, went from 12-14 ga to 8 ga to help start it with the new found compression.

I Wouldn't be worried about your exhaust, that is minor compared to the ruckus guys with their almost vertical exhausts. If you are worried cut a bottle and stick it over the end when parked.

www.partsforscooters.com/108-41-Mirror-SetThese are pretty similar, and aren't too pricey. If you want the ones you have though you can go to an auto glass store and they can usually cut them for you but it will probably cost more than a new set of mirrors.
