Right side outer case is different as well. Starter clutch and crank are different. Old one has a spline driven starter clutch, new one has a key way.

Clean the motor like you were told, then check oil level, then start the motor to find where the oil is coming from.

They do make one, the b case 161qmk, it's a 170. I see a lot of talk about expansion chambers, but you think if it would work all the big names would be using them as well as automobile manufactures?

Found out the oil pump is different, along with cam chain guides, oil pump splash shield, all transmission gears, starter idler gear, and the pin for the starter idler gear. Updated the first post as well.
If anybody ever gets one of these motors and wants to do any motor work to it just buy a new motor and start from scratch.

Before you call me rude again maybe you should reread you own post name calling and talking down about people you don't even know. Treat people how you want to be treated dude. 15 reads on this post...and not one thank you?.. Wow so many Introverts in this world.. This site has gone to ...if you are not female or part of the 'In Crowd'....find another site to peruse...cause you are nobody here...unless you meet that criteria. Got my own web site now...so best wishes to all you 'In the click' folks...we have manners and appreciation over there.(Chippewa) Hyatena nonoko chala bena yiyadoka sesa iloka geloneekie apoktason. We help new members..we do not condemn them...and we show appreciation for help. The Moderators here display favoritism...we do not. Oh I will be banned for my honesty...just watch. Nanayanami sosasoto dena jejeamika dondii atook.. <-- In life the honest man loses his privileges..to those that do not follow the heard of sheep.

Wow, it's like high school drama in here all over again. Just because I didn't say thank you for giving me a discount code to a site that I don't use doesn't seem like a good reason to go off on people. I'm not upset when people don't say thanks for teaching them something, it is what it is let it go.

I don't put anything on my tires, it's not worth the risk to have a shiny tire.
