I don't really know it is the stock carb on the RX-200.

[replyingto=hiskid1973]hiskid1973[/replyingto]Im not real familiar with that machine,,you will need to remove the float bowl and get at the main jet too see what size is stamped on it,,then you will want to get a jet that is a few sizes bigger,,or a few jets bigger to play with.Mine was a 102 stock,,it would not run right until I put atleast a 110 in it,,the 110 was a little lean after the UNI air filter,,so I went with a 115,,that seemed to run perfect,,no backfire on decel,,and the plug was a light tan,,the motor sounded great and smelled perfect.
I have a 150 with a 24mm carb,,yours is bigger,,need to open it up and see.

OOHHH! THAT'S a NICE one!!!
I believe they expect the press-fit to be enough to seal, but I'd apply a small amount of high-temp silicone, or, red high-temp sealer to be safe.
I'd test it a little with your stock jetting, and check the plug for rich, lean, or "just right" jetting. Probably as Jerseyboy wrote, you'll need around a 110 main jet. Your idle jet is probably OK. Seriously, that IS a fine exhaust system. Set up right, that big header and free-flow muffler should be super... And long-lasting.
A little experimentation with jetting, air-filter, CDI, coil and plug should have you running STRONG!
Welcome to the site!

[replyingto=jeepsteve92xj]jeepsteve92xj[/replyingto]Cool,, with EFI doesn't the puter automatically send more fuel to the motor when it needs it,,they might make a chip for that also...

In this case, the ECU is programmable. No need for another chip. Ecotrons.com
