I know ive been all over this sight, but ive finally had time to tune up my scooter and have fixed all my main issues. NOW id like to do some extra credit work and try to make it go a little bit faster (tops off around 27 MPH, 30 on a gift from god). any and all advice and tips are much appreciated I ride a 2006 Adly Panther 50 scooter Attachments:

Duck down close to the handle bars look out for bumps u might chip a tooth with out a helmet on

If your scoot barely does those speeds I would guess it has restrictions on it. Those should do mid 30s.
First place to look for restrictions is the VARIATOR they put a WASHER in between the Pulley so the belt will not climb higher. Since you got a new carb that is one restriction Eleiminated. Alleyoop

Where is the restriction in a carb Ally? Other than uncapping the AF screw what restrictions might he have had?
