Okay, I am a total noob to the scooter thing. I was told but a guy that "knows scoots" that my Adly Thunder bike 150cc has the GY6 motor.
I just went out to look at the engine code so I could look up just exactly what motor I had and the code was in the correct spot but looks like no other codes I have seen. My code is "CT150"
Here is where I am lost, I was told that I have a long case GY6 but things don't add up.
My belt is a 743-20-30 which is for the short case GY6 My tire size is 120/70/12 witch will not fit a short case My side cover is about 17" long which is the size of a long case But my side cover only has 8 bolts which is what the short case uses.
Looking online all I can find is The Adly THUNDER BIKE 150 uses a variation of the GY6 engine, with a 4-valve head for superior performance.
Anyone have any ideas?

Look on the bottom side of the engine under the front of the cvt cover. Thats where you will find the code your talking about. Thats not the right one.

So I was looking at how close my rear tire is to the case and it is only about 1/4" from rubbing. Why do I always end up with the oddball stuff.

You're not the only one with oddball stuff. My short case has different internals, 13" wheel, different electronics, etc.

Now that is interesting! I didn't realize that the 4-valve heads had Y-shaped rocker arms so they actuate off one cam lobe.

13hp... 50% more than a stock GY6 or GY6-B (another oddball)
