If there ebay auction says ships within 3 days they did nothing wrong. Weekends don't count in the business world.

The tone behind the exhaust will always be different than beside. It's probably louder than it seems.

Oops, a few different jets. You can check how it is running by pulling the plug out. White ceramic means lean, tan-light brown just right, and black or sooty is too rich.

Heck your connecting rod for play as well. If you did get something in there you could very well wear out crank bearings and such as well.

How does your plug look? White, brown or black? Wet or dry?

The one I just picked up has a removable silencer in it, it is louder than stock but not obnoxious. bit.ly/1cRh8vuNot sure if your exhaust is the same style as a 150 though.

New exhaust came in today, also ordered all new transmission gears except the ncy 16/38 gears that I already had. Didn't want to take a chance of the old ones being different and not fitting properly. I will measure them when they come in and compare. I already know that the NCY replacement gear is a different diameter where it goes into one of the bearings, my old one fit sloppy in the new bearings. Also ordered a new cover since my old setup had a separate case for all the gears. Hopefully the brake setup swaps over. The current shock on my scooter is longer but the mount is also significantly lower on the frame than my room mates dual shock long case scoot. Hopefully everything is here by the weekend so I can at least try it out before my vacation is over.

You'll need to bore the cases for that, and of you are going that far you might as we throw a new stroker crank in there and a heavy duty starter clutch too.
