Belt on a 400 Burgy should be good for 15,000+ miles. (There are guys on B-USA with 20K on a belt.) I would wait til then, and probably do the whole thing at the same time.
Basically, from what I have heard/seen, this is alarming but not a real problem.
The absolute BEST grease I have ever seen is the sodium-based long-fiber green stuff that Chrysler has used for decades. Any dealer can get it, PN 4318064.

Only to make a Laurel & Hardy-esque YouTube video! I...looked at mine & wished I could ride to work. (Thunderstorms in the forecast for afternoon.) Though I did install my new Bearcat backrest Saturday...what a difference!

When I see ignorance, I attempt to correct it. You don't like it, that's your problem.

I have hard evidence. You have...bloviation. you have exactly as much evidence as a flat-earther. Fact: mixing mineral & synthetic oil is very common and completely acceptable. Facts are stubborn things! Exactly - where are your facts, mouthpiece? Did you even bother checking the links? Go and speak to BMW & Mercedes, to name a few on why they won't allow it to be mixed. Is that not proof enough for you, or are they also ignorant and lying? You rather enjoy insulting people who disagree with you, which tells me that you are not a person I am interested in responding to. My facts are the ones staring you in the face: the simple fact that synthetic and mineral oils have been mixed for decades without a problem! No amount of shrieking BS to the heavens will change that simple fact. Again: tens of millions of Fords have synthetic blend as the FACTORY FILL! BMW and M-B require pure synthetic in many vehicles...so OF COURSE they warn against using a blend...just like they warn against using a mineral-base oil!

Synthetic & mineral oils can be mixed with no problem. Note: almost all Fords in the last fifteen years left the FACTORY with mixed oil! (Motorcraft 5W20 IS a mineral-synthetic mix.) Anyone claiming otherwise is ignorant or lying.I just don't agree with you. Claiming that people are ignorant or lying implies that only you know the truth and that everyone else that believes or experiences differently is arrogant and incorrect. Nobody out there knows everything. Do you have all the knowledge of all the different vehicle manufacturers and oil producers? I think not. Vehicle manufacturers and oil producers have different specifications for a reason. Yes - there are mixtures according to one manufacturer, but others have different specs and researched information. Many people have had a bad experience by mixing oils, so obviously there is merit in their experiences. Go ahead and follow your researched path, but don't insult people because they follow others. I have hard evidence. You have...bloviation. you have exactly as much evidence as a flat-earther. Fact: mixing mineral & synthetic oil is very common and completely acceptable. Facts are stubborn things!

That is 100% bogus. You can mix them all you want and even switch back and forth every oil change and your engine will never notice the difference. I can guarantee you no engine was ever damaged because someone mixed synthetic and conventional oil. Synthetic oil is not a magic elixir. So then you are telling me that you know everything and that all the cases of where motors have been damaged are lies? I mentioned above that there are many different theories, from pro's to the vocal ignorant, but I am not prepared to risk it. On most if not all modern models, BMW & Mercedes insist on synthetic, and will void a warranty if other oil is used. No offence intended, but I will rather follow their advice. Synthetic & mineral oils can be mixed with no problem. Note: almost all Fords in the last fifteen years left the FACTORY with mixed oil! (Motorcraft 5W20 IS a mineral-synthetic mix.) Anyone claiming otherwise is ignorant or lying.

Dude...your underwear is too tight.
Note: as long as the scoot isn't stolen, he did the same thing title companies do (entirely legally) every day.

Speaking of Burgmans, one of the issues I have with mine is the seat. It's not that comfortable....for me anyway. Cheeks may vary ;D Anyone have a cheap/good solutions? I know there are those Gel pads that sell for $150.00+...I'm sure they're good, but I'm not looking to spend that much. Old post, but: I had the same problem. I found an Airhawk inflatable pad was a complete fix. (I also have a Bearcat backrest, but haven't installed it yet.)

Could not get needle nose pliers in...spring and the filter in the way.....But I did get a screwdriver and very easily push it counter clockwise....just a little movement then could completely unscrew it the broken piece out..... Now to found a source online that sells the Reflex Oil plug cap. Wouldn't a Helix (IIRC, same engine) use the same part? For that matter...what about a CFMoto Fashion or Qlink Commuter, both bolt-for-bolt copies of a Helix?

One thing I noticed: some clutches just chatter! Not a real problem...but some are harsher than others.

Not just Chinese scooters...EVERYONE seems to round displacement up! The "650" Burgman is 638. The "250" Rebel is 234cc.

Yea why buy anything made in America. Or support American products. ? As we pass homeless / jobless people in the streets. Driving our foreign cars , yapping on our Japanese cell phones .while our Country falls to crap. News flash: Harleys are actually NO LONGER ABLE TO BE CALLED "made in USA". They are >50% imported parts.

I had a hemi Magnum...awesome! Not a big fan of the 300's styling, but it's a great car.
If you live in the snow belt, a set of Winterforce tires will make it nearly unstoppable.
