If your charging system is healthy it should run around 13 volts DC at idle to 14.5 volts DC when the RPM's are up.

If you are going to be doing any two up riding at all go with the Roketa. I have one of the MC-13-250's and it is a good running, comfortable machine.

I don't know what model Honda scooter you have but I believe my Spree takes 8mm mirrors.

Sounds like your variator nut may have loosened up.

Those measurements should be in INCHES, not mm.

Not really a 2 stroke guy but that doesn't sound valid to me. If it was the case wouldn't you be able to richen it up with the mixture screw?

Sounds like your petcock has failed and is allowing gas to come down the vacuum line into your intake manifold.

Try putting a wrench on the variator nut and apply slight pressure in the clockwise direction to see if you can take pressure off the bendix gear. Then maybe you can push it back in place.
If that doesn't work then you will need to take the variator nut off and remove the outer variator face. (has the gear teeth on it)
Regardless you should replace the bendix with a new one.
