I have a set of 10 gram koso sliders and a few sets of dr pulley 9, and 11 gram sliders. My koso sliders keep getting out of place and stopping my variator from opening all the way when i stop. This is destroying my belts . I of course decided to not use the 10 gram koso slidefs anymore so if anyone wants them ill senfd them out for free. They only have about 200 miles on them so they are like new.

The reason why I ask is cuz I have a friend who has a GY6-B scooter. He bought a set of "replacement" rollers (the regular 150 GY6 ones), thinking they were all the same but they are not. What may be fooling in this situation, is that it will work for a little while, and the weights will fall out of place.

I've recently had the same problem. I have 14g Dr Pulley sliders and wanted to drop a little weight so bought some 12g sliders by, I think, RPM (because they were cheaper). Mixed them together to get 13g and had the problem you mention. Thought maybe that sliders can not be mixed so I put all the 12g ones in and same problem. Maybe it's the material they are made from? Now back to the Dr Pulley sliders and no problems. Dr Pulley issued a statement a few years ago about copies of their sliders not being anywhere near the quality of their own, and that the copies are much harder and wear on the aluminum in the variator much quicker. Wish I'd found that before I bought the cheap ones! Now purchased some Dr Pulley sliders and will stick with them from now on.

I had issues with Dr. Pulley sliders flipping 180 degrees on my Burgman. Apparently this is a known issue on the Burgman forum...

Will most likely be mixing them again when the 12's arrive to get 13g, think that's the best weight for my setup, at least then I'll have a spare set of 13, sorry bud.
