The other one seems to have more traffic. I've nothing against SD.net, but your comment made me curious. I had gravitated to here because it seemed more active. But you think the other is more active. So I checked some stats. SD.net has close to 13,000 posts. Ride has just under 66,000 posts. Threads count--1547 vs 57++. Sorry, but I'm staying with the Ride as being more active. Again, nothing against SD.net, and if I could handle more than one forum, possibly two at a time then I would maybe hang there too. But I can't, and here is busier, and it just has always felt to me like the same as the old original SD. >'Kat I frequent both equally. My only point is its very unbecoming of the owner of the forum to come on here and bash or dissuade people from using the other forum. As far as traffic... I hadn't checked stats. It only seems that as of late the 'other one' is more active.

Hey JR, posting on here about the other guy's forum that you have a disagreement with is pretty lame. I like them both. But if you want to continue to bring your personal grievance with the owner of the other forum I'll soon forget about yours. I don't know you or the other guy. So keep it internal or grow up. Or I just might pay the other guy $3 an hour. The other one seems to have more traffic.

I've never had an issue refuelling. I just hold the pump and go slow. It doesn't take long to pump a gallon of gas.

This is why I'm happily divorced.

I have a few stations nearby with a dedicated hose for each grade. I try to use those but the most convenient station to me has a single hose. I haven't experienced any problems. I figure if it comes out to 89- octane I'm good. I can never tell a difference.

This will solve all of your problems. When it is safe for you to go, just go. You're not going to get in trouble. I do the same in my car. If there is absolutely no one coming through the intersection, I go. I once got pulled over at 3am for doing this. The cop didn't care about the light. He wanted to see if I was drunk. he said why did you go? I said there were no cars at all and I didn't see any reason to sit there any longer. Have a good day sir.

Just use it. If there were any 'gunk' in it that spontaneously formed that would clog your injector it will be caught by the fuel filter. Such pansies around here. Oh my I'd dilute it.. or maybe if I had a carb but not a fuel injected scooter. Come on guys. Silly

I've never touched my carb in the three years I've owned it. I add a little Sta-Bil before I put it away for the winter and thats it. I must be immune to all of the ethanol problems that everyone else seems to experience.

Small air pump, a bottle of Slime tire sealant (mostly for the valve insert tool because I had one come out once), tool bag that came with it, and duct tape.

I let the winter air out of my tires and replaced with summer air yesterday. Well at least spring air. It should work well enough.

In the years i've owned my scoot it has never once been on the charger except for when i initially poured the electrolyte in. Even after sitting through winter it fires up. If you need to charge it i would suspect a bad battery or charging system.

I like the battery tender/float charger sold by Harbor Freight for less than $10. It works very well and is hard to beat for the money.

yeah, sucks for sure! I am a fairly well known guy on the docks of the New bedford waterfront, so I do have a network of some "not-so classy guys (if you catch my drift). These poor souls do not know the scope of the mistake they made. I wouldn't want to be them if they are found by my associates before the police. These kids are the young bucks who have no idea of what they just did.or who they did it to. You sound so bad . Lol! I'm just picturing the mob going after their bosses stolen scooter. You don't know who you're messing with boys, give us our bosses scooter or you'll be swimming with the fishes. I hope your fellas don't come looking for me for making fun of your super machismo post.
