That is a tough part to find: You may have to Pre-Mix if it cannot be found. Does it have any adjustment on it? I mean all it is an impeller inside there that is driven by the gear maybe something is clogged in it Does it come apart to check out the inside? I did find this which is what you must have, I would blow into every access hole I notice it has some screws on it. Alleyoop

The real ones have a serial number stamped on them plus a K and T under the KEI HIN plus the diaphgram cover is black with 'Keihin' on the black top and 'technology from JAPAN.
So that one you put up is a fake.

Sounds more like you need to adjust the valves, set them both to .003 inchs. If you don't have feeler gauges to to your friendly auto parts store and get a set with feelers .003 and .004 some sets start at .008 for cars. Alleyoop Advance auto by my place only had ones that started at .004 no lower . But .004 is fine to set both at . I guess they should change their name to NOT SO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS(HAHA).

Folks just have to realize that a 250cc with 100 more ccs and taller gears MOST not all can do 70+mph. So when someone with a 150 or 50 comes on and totes unrealistic top end speeds we will get on you like dog on poop

As for the Powermax 150 I will say 55mph the rest is speedo error or pushed off the grand canyon for the 75mph reading.

NQ50 hondas only did 30mph if you were lucky BRO, the specs FROM HONDA for those are all over the place. The speedo might have said 65 but those scoots are so tiny that it may feel like going 100mph(HEHE).

That is what I mentioned before and I thought he did that, that is why the only thing I can think of messing with the way it acts is his CDI is messing with the timing. So knowing now that he hasn't adjusted his valves I would say forget about the CDI for now and get the valves adjusted first which would make it act the way it does runs only at high rpms and when he lets go it dies will not take low rpms. And it gets worse after the motor is hot. Alleyoop

They have 117.5 and 118 just have to google for them under Kehin 24mm carb main jets. I know cause I ordered them for my 182cc build and it took a 122.5 main a 125 was to much fuel a 120 was ok but on the edge of being a little on the lean side, so to be safe I have the 122.5 in.

Yes it is an AC CDI, But if the CDI is just messing with the Timing there is no real way to test for that you can test if all is ok like the COIL and power to the CDI etc. Here is a VIDEO but I don't think it will help, your problem is a little different than most situations. You have adjusted the valves right? Hit the simple stuff first. If valves are tight it will have low compression and will only run at higher rpms and will not run at low rpms. Alleyoop
