Ok so out testing it today seems it's not right yet. Thinking I might need a bigger jet. Just seems sluggish and not as fast as before bbk and big head. Also seems to be running extremely hot, I'll post pics of the plug tonight. Thanks for any help.

What are you setting the valves to? Should be .003 for intake and .004 for exhaust

So far I would recommend scrappys, not done yet but quality and machining look real good.

Got the 64mm rockers today and looks like that fixes my problem! Waiting to mount it up till I call scrappys tomorrow and find out the status of the customs seized orders. Don't wanna put the engine back in then get the a9 the next day.

Does it not stall out when it's cold out? Like at night?

You could have a very small vaccum leak, don't normally notice it because your tank can normally gravity feed but when their isn't the weight of a fuller tank of gas on it your not getting enough fuel, and what indymoped said too.

For mountain biking I use MapMyRide. Very accurate and works good for the scoots too

Good safety reminder for all to practice shutting off their scoots with the kill switch, I know I do, I usually just turn the ignition off.

Parts a so cheap for these bikes I would just buy a new one, then mess with the old to see how it works for the experience.

Why you wanna replace the engine and carb? I'd just look at the throttle, throttle cable and throttle components on the carb.

Flipping it over was a no go. So I went ahead and order a 64mm rocker assembly from Scrappys. Hopefully it will be here Friday or Saturday
