Hi all My project is going to start with a 139qmb long case engine with a fresh crankshaft and oil pump installed. The topend needs to be rebuilded and there is where my questions begin. I would like to get some input into which bore kit to install. It's going to be a 50mm kit i put in it. The engine also doesn't come with the cvt compontents in it so i'm looking for a good clutch set-up. All will be put on my jonway 50 with 10" tire so it will be changed to a 12" rear tire. Plz give input on experience and ideas.

Don't run with a 12" rear and 10" front. I have an older baja sc50. I put a long case and a 12 " tire on it . It was unstable, so I changed the whole front end ( forks and all to a 12". Much better

Make sure the crankshaft oil pump sprocket matches the oil pump and gear that you have now. I'm only aware of the 16 and 22 tooth. Just count the teeth. Most sites don't label the specs, or label every spec besides that.

So far I would recommend scrappys, not done yet but quality and machining look real good.

I'm going to be re-using my 10" tires until i get front forks and a 12" front tire. I'm thinking of getting a cheap e-bay 100cc kit w/gaskets. And going to be reusing my hoca head aslo with a 24mm carb set-up.
