Does it not stall out when it's cold out? Like at night?

Two things: 1. If it is a 4 stroke adjust your valves, if it is a 50cc set them both to .003 inchs. 2. Adjust your FUEL RATIO MIXTURE or if 2 stroke adjust your AIR RATIO MIXTURE.
Go to TIPS and TRICKs section I wrote up procedures on how to adjust your carb with pictures of carbs: There is a 4T CARB TUNING and 2T CARB TUNING. Alleyoop

This would happen to me, but the only reason was because I wasn't running octane..

These engines can be very sensative to the temps. It should be a matter of getting the throttle and air feul mixture just right to not stall in hot or cold temps. You can set the air feul when its cold and it may stall when its hot or the opposite. It sometimes takes some time adjusting so it wont stall in either hot or cold

Many times the ignition pickups get flakey and act up only when it is hot out at first and then eventually all the time. Everything may seem fine by the time you pull the seat bucket out to check it and the bike will run fine until you put the seat bucket back and seal it all up.
