One time a lady knocked mine over in a parking lot. It wouldn't start for way too long. I just kept cranking it though and it eventually turned over. I think the carb got flooded, so maybe check your carb? He said "It will start, but won't move." |

I would have to say I feel your pain, sorta.
When I was in my last year of little league, (13 years old) I was going to start at pitcher . I was very happy, since I started in right field four years earlier, and had "worked my way up" as they say. About two weeks before our first game they announced the new rules- "You must be 12 or under to pitch this year." I was crushed....
The Topper is getting closer to it's "blue book". Still has 2 days and a few hours. Bet it breaks $1000.

I will only say that the SECOND time I lost my keys, the locksmith that re-keyed it the first time wouldn't do it for some reason. (It was several years later).
I ended up drilling it out. Now I use a flat blade, short screwdriver.

Something jammed the variator cover against the pulley?
Belt fell off/broke?
Does the rear wheel move when you rev it?
Does the rear wheel turn freely, or is it jammed?

Regarding the Scrappy Dog Performance Carburetor the fuel mixture screw is clockwise (in) to enrich. The thermostat housing must be removed for access. It seems to be an air meter (turning in blocks air, richer mixture.) Thanks for the confirmation.  |
