my scooter fell over and it will start but it wont move. what should i check?

Something jammed the variator cover against the pulley? Belt fell off/broke? Does the rear wheel move when you rev it? Does the rear wheel turn freely, or is it jammed?

One time a lady knocked mine over in a parking lot. It wouldn't start for way too long. I just kept cranking it though and it eventually turned over. I think the carb got flooded, so maybe check your carb?
