Thank you good sir... May I ask how this translates into an answer of how registration is possible without a title? Is the DMV going to issue new titles? I have NO problem with being registered and insured... Except, How  Even the DMV rep... said she had no idea on how this issue will be resolved. Remember, there are a few thousand sooters in Las Vegas bought without paperwork. Drop shiped/ Craigslist/Ebay etc....sold without proper identification. I am glad this is being fixed so, if stolen, some sort of identification may help..... Just concerned about how some folks are gonna get a valid ride to work..... The DMV basicly said I am SOL even with a Motorcyle Endosement. |

OP... tell your "Customer" you are un qualified to diagnose the issue..... I beg you to replace the harness.....

Indeed I have a VIN Number...... Cheap China scoot purchased Years ago on craigs list.. No paperwork at all... Way to be #1 though.....
Thank you for your opinion on Florida law. I'll take it with a grain of salt as Nevada rules may differ......

Starting November 1st, all scooter/mopeds in Nevada will REQUIER registration..... Am I late to the game?
Looks like Januaray 1st is when tickets will been enforced.......
What if no title is availible??? How will this impact riders?
Had my license renewed today and found out about tthe new law....... Do I own a parts bike now?

If you get an unsealed carb, for tuning, The name brand should make little difference..... about 10 dollars it seems... and a bit of waiting..... Jets can be replaced with the cab offered.. It maybe just what you need........

Glass pack muffler?
I was unaware of such a product, Most folks use a straight through pipe option....
As for the A/F mixture screw...... It maybe capped off but, universaly located.

As this is a "new purchase" how about that warranty?
Jokes aside,
Is the battery charged ? How about that spark plug ? Is the Coil securly attatched ? KISS.......
May I ask what mods have been done and why the "naked" look? what happend to the plastics?

I can only assume a bracket of some sort is missing.....
A bit more detail please???

NO!!!!! YOU DO NOT NEED TWO BIKES, It takes A THIRD to complete Trinity of riding conditions  Make sure to equily spoil them both, Much like puppys, if one gets an oil change the others will be jealous Nice score brother!!! Ride Safe and share the Love!!! |
