Looks pretty complete and rust free for a little over $500. I have seen them offered for over $10,000 when restored.
Very rare Harley and a very rare scooter. I like that the wheel diameters are considerably larger than a Cushman.

Harley Davison "Topper" 1960 ?
- You know how hard to find this Topper in this condition and how hard it is to find with out covered with rust.
- This has been stored in my dry garage for a long time.
- I don't know a lot about this H.D. Topper.
- The motor turns over and have good compression motor I.D. stamped is (60AU 6337) I think it is a 1960 BUT NOT FOR SURE.
- You can find out a lot of clubs and parts online if you Google Topper.
- As you can see a lot of the parts have been media blasted with #8 Glass so they are really smooth Plus the motor cover has been stripped some but is not finished stripping.
- You will get 100% of all the parts you see in the pictures.
- All the small parts will be in 3 box and easy to transport or have your shipping Company pick up.
- I will be glad to work with your shipping company or if you want to pick up 7 days a week but no really late night pick ups.
- I would be glad to storage for up to 30 days of end of action but the terms of payment must be followed.
- The deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE I hope you understand it takes a lot of work to list this.
- Their is no reserve on this action / I have no interest to restore this bike I really want this to go to a good home so it can be stored.
