I work on and off at a design firm ( as they need me) as a fabricator / rapid prototype designer, the experience I have got from working there is incredible and I am thankful for all they have done for me.

I know the * bend probably isn't the most performance efficient thing I could have done but it works and I think the overall result isn't bad. Has three internal baffles.

Oko 28mm flatside, Can someone give me a close jetting. The only mains I have are the stock 130 and a 108 that came with it, pilot 48 and 38.

I would run the fan and shrouds unless you are using it for single runs at a drag strip or like prodigit said, live in really cool weather. Hear in Florida I have been starting my scooter and taking it for short runs to test things , very short drives, and then engine always seems to smell funny after and will run odd after about 5-8 minutes.

I was going to purchase a A-9 and an A-15 and try both and see what works better for diffrent setups I.e Bigbore vs stock. I might try A-9 and an A-17 now. I was going to replace springs with titanium, TI retainers, and stainless valves.

I have seen A-8 through A-15 but now I've seen A-17, or am I just late to the party?
anyways I'am taking it this will just be a even bigger lift cam?

I was thinking about buying a Ruckus BB then just making the mounts but then I would have to use a factory ignition switch which are $100+ from honda, plus all the other holes in them for warning lights and other things.

Where did you pick up the back of the battery box or did you do the molding yourself? I regret not making a way to work inside mine, having to hook up all the wires and try to slip it on all at the same time is a b*tch.

Try to find a good deal on a set of jets say 68-73 Main and 30-34 pilot in whatever increments they have and work your way down. I also would say try a good uni pod filter and see how that alone does first.

well at 4:30am I took it for its first ride, no lights, brakes or about anything other than throttle. I just had too tonight, this morning however you want to look at it.

With External idle backed all the way out my idle is still way to high, What is a base jetting for the carb?
