Why buy a Chinese scooter? 1. I save gas money. 2. I will not get stuck in queues. 3. It is much more fun to drive a scooter than a car. 4. Parts are cheap and they are easy to repair. 5. We will be more driving around on scooters because of the above.

This light bulb has almost the same feature... www.diodhuset.se/diod-led-lampor-12-volt/led-strobe-lampa-w5wTurn on the light one time and light is constant. Turn off the light and turn it on again and the light will kick off with its strobe function. To return to solid light, just turn off the lights and back on again...

There's no point in having that big carb on a small engine. A 24mm would be big enough. I don't think that the 28mm carb will produce enough vaccum to suck the fuel up properly from the bowl.
But as you like to use it, I would try the 58 main jet you have lying around and see if it gets better. And if it's OK with that, I would then step down with smaller jets until you find the right one.

What engine model do you have, out of curiosity? GY6 125 cc, but I changed some parts so it's a 183cc fuel injected engine now.

The first scoot I had gave me problems all the time so it was mostly called "You little f**k". The one I have now is working just fine so I named it "Toy"...

Absolutly, I might of got what I payed for. But, if the springs are oxide coated or an alloy which is fine by me, that should've been mentioned somewhere. And if it's an alloy they should'be weighed less that the original springs. The springs I got was also a lot softer than the original springs. I wouldn't call it "high performance"... I now have springs from Drow Sport which I'm pleased with so far. www.drowsports.com/product/675/Engine/Cylinder_Kit/GY6_Racing_Dual_Valve_Springs_14_000rpm

On eBay, I've only bought from Scrappy and a seller called gy6racingteam out of Puerto Rico. Does anyone have experience with the latter? I've bought NCY clutch springs, an NCY torque spring, NCY rear drum brake shoes, and an NCY exhaust gasket from them. stores.ebay.com/gy6racingteam/I bought the "NCY HIGH PERFORMANCE TITANIUM VALVE SPRINGS" from him. www.ebay.com/itm/SCOOTER-125CC-150CC-GY6-NCY-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-TITANIUM-VALVE-SPRINGS-/171015238415?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item27d14d730fWhen I received the springs, I weighed them and they weighed more than the original ones! I was also suspicious that they were anodized so checked with a magnet and they were magnetic. Titanium is not magnetic, and never will be either. So I sent them back but the seller says he never got them so I didn't get a refund. It is very possible that he never did receive the springs so I do not know if it's true. But after that I don't buy anything from that dealer.

I would suggest checking the valve clearence and maybe a carb cleaning, depending on if the bike been standing with fuel in the tank and carb over the winter...
