Yup,,sometimes the tensioner will get hung up,,you have to make sure it snaps/springs back into place...you have to turn the middle screw CCW until the spring is fully tensioned,,then install,,then make sure that sucker un-spools CW too put tension on the chain...I think it was CCW not 100% sure..might be bass ackwards on that one..lol

When the weather is nice, a round trip to work and back is 20 miles. It's just been too darn cold for this old(er) guy and Betsy Mae for that matter. I won't start her under 40 degrees. In another month I'll be on her every day again! lol,,I don't like starting mine under 75 degrees..but I'm getting antsy.

Yeah joey np,, Its not bad for stainless,,mine looks perfect and had it on for 3 years now,,the header is a little blued but thats normal.Im going to wrap it anyway. Hey cappy,, Here are some pics of how I mounted mine...very simple and I utilized the stock hardware..one mounting point is all I have used for three years and its rock solid. They say its steel in the auction but I believe its stainless,,mine has not rusted yet,,even where I cut it,,so must be stainless. Very good quality free flow pipe indeed.I would buy another. You can see where I cut the extra bracket off in the pics,,if you can utilize that bracket more power too ya..lol JB

Wow,,cool,,yeah the corn fuel will terrorize the fuel systems on everything. I had to replace my float last year,,I used a Ford Ranger float from a sending unit I replaced,,cut it to fit..i figured it would be alot more resilient to the ethanol than the cheap Chinese float,,I have heard of people replacing them every year. Also look for small chunks of the old one floating around in the tank. Make sure you have a good quality fuel filter on it for now,,one you can see through..advance auto has them for a couple bucks... They sell a gas tank liner kit,,if you have some rust this stuff will line the tank with a coating and stop it from rusting any farther. Also start to use a fuel stabilizer cleaner every once in a while like Lucas This stuff is good...almost the cost of a new tank but you wont have too worry about it anymore...I used it on an old KZ 900 and it repaired small pin holes no problem.Tank still doesn't leak 7 years later.. www.revzilla.com/product/kreem-fuel-tank-liner-combo-pack?utm_source=product&kwd=&kpid=167025&gclid=CjwKEAiAxsymBRCegqiLzI7Q1S8SJADOgQrzhtk2dQ2i2MbKrnxs-apoLbXJwnKMMp4bgdsV1ZRsihoCcp7w_wcB

My P&P bolted right up,,there was an extra arm on the bracket that i did not use so I just cut it off with a hack saw,,you only need one good mounting point other than the head studs to hold it on there..I didn't have to bend or drill anything.
I will take some close up pics of it tomorrow for you cappy.
You are going to like the sound of that exhaust...lol

I would say any cheap ebay 150 performance pipe would work.
Ash Geh,,he got one from ebay,,it sounds awesome,,not sure what he all had to do too get it to fit.
My P&P pretty much bolted right on,,the brackets swivel so you can put it wherever you need too,,then tighten them up.
You may have to bend the bracket a little or drill a hole,,but like I said ask Geh,,he will hook you up cappy!
Also if you need something welded or drilled and you are in the area of P-burg NJ,,swing by and I will buzz it up for ya.

Na,,you should be fine,,you said all the other ports that Alley showed in reply#60 are clear so give it a try and see how she runs.
Alley just wanted to see if the butterfly was open a crack or not,,if its not open a hair the GY6 wont idle,,that would be your idle screw adjustment to control the butterfly being open a hair.
If you look at the top picture in his posting,,you can see the butterfly is open just a crack(on the bottom) for idling.

Also I think Alley wanted to see the bottom area of the butterfly,,it should be just cracked open a hair for idling. But since the pilot is clogged I think you found the culprit.
