The zip ties were under $3 for 5 at wal mart I installed the tire very with very little effort with plenty of soap .

I found this on you tube and it really works ,saves time and hard work , you can use it to remove and install the tire ,but make sure you use plenty of soap on the bead . ;D

I dont want anything in my ears that would distract me i dont believe it is safe to not be able to hear more important things you need to hear , like ambulance or police , or someone slamming on there brakes to avoid hitting you .

Good luck with your new scoot , i have the JCL in red and silver with the linhau engine runs better everytime ride it just about ready to turn 3.000 miles .

Most auto paint supply stores have pinstriping , and maybe some decals . i seen decals in walmart and auto parts stores .

Dont clear it , and wait atleast 30 days after it's painted before applying the decals , just incase you apply the decal and have to move it , you would probably pull the paint with it .

I live in a small town ,Arcadia Fl. couple years ago i called because i thought my riding lawn mower was stolen , well i went outside one morning and my mower wasnt under my caport so i went inside to call the police and after calling i walked down my driveway that is 400 ft long and you cant see the end of the road from the house , as i get to the end of the drive there sits my mower so i went back to cancel the call and few minutes later the police showed up ,and believe it or not the cop even dusted for prints . i think the only reason the mower was there is because it was hard to push and the thief got tired of pushing . LOL

I never let anyone use my scoot or car or borrow things it always turns out bad when you do . Worst of all dont lend money to friends or family big mistake . lol

No you dont need to clear it , clear just adds deapth to the shine . If you were using base coat clear coat you do need to clear it or it wont shine .

I have a JCL 250A with the linhai 257 cc engine . it will do 80 mph but that is really pushing it , it cruises at between 60 and 70 with a good feel for the road . I had this bile for 2 years and the only problem i had with ir was the valve stems blowing out and a new battery this past winter. I think it has been a great ride and would recommend it .

I believe the 54b is a clone of the Honda reflex ,so i would look for a cover to fit the reflex.
