No need to rehone cylinder. Just leave the rings in there position. Slap it back together. Oil consumption maybe alittle for few hundred miles.

The Ethanol in the gas adds oxygen to the final combustion process. Gas won't burn if it doesn't have some water in it. Combustion produces h20. Complete combustion produces only h20. Engines don't do complete combustion so there are nasty stuff coming out of the exhaust. Water is mostly found in exhaust from the combustion process.
Vented gas tanks will attract alot of water. It has to do with the evaprative pressure/temp relationship of the Ethanol. Leaving gas in a tank will gather 2 much moister in the fuel over time.

It's wierd, all the aftermarket variators have bushing wearout fast. Somethings up. I don't know what. I have started using Fluid Film on the remaining variators I am using. Will see if that helps keep the bushing from wearing out. This stuff is the BomB www.fluid-film.com/

I was thinking swap to e85. That stuff really has some power. I ran some in a 50cc 4 stroke. Aviation Gas for High Compression Aircraft piston engines is a good idea. Jet fuel is Kerosene, so not going to work. You could retard the timing, take the flywheel key out and set the timing wherever you want.

A 35/35 halogen uses the same as a 35/35 incandescent. Halogen runs hotter. May melt something and start a fire.

Old sKool way get a free hosting account and place the img, videos, whatever you want. Link it here. That's what i do. 1freehosting.com is the best I found. You set up a website and use it for whatever. If you get no hits for a month they cancel it. You can auto install php scripts. It auto sets up the MySQL databases, Wordpress and about 40 other php scripts are there and all you do is play webdev.

Couple of taps with a socket and a hammer. On these scooters the original parts are better than the replacements. I save the old stuff and use it to fix the new stuff. Ha.
