if you run the 100cc bbk wide open it will expire the engine so you will learn and have to start over. Go for it. All the rational means nothing if you miss the big picture. but that's life so it doesn't matter either way.

I took off the side cover everything looks brand new, I need to reset the sync on the kick starter,, duh,, I has a fresh look to it,, I mean it looks really good, I checked the crankshaft real tight bearings like should be,, great compression, It look like a dream machine Ha Ha. Indian Dream machine. OK so how to sync the kickstart gears? ??. $45 to purchase and i threw in $20 for delivery. to be continued. i found it scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=talk&action=display&thread=21772

No they don,t Generators/lawnmowers have a set speed, The throttle works on a load basis. A governor controls it. A genset running at full capacity will expire way before end of service life.
Gensets here are set to 3600/1800 prms depending on poles. 3000/1500 rpms in UK Europe.

The clutches or Slider bearing assembles fail soon when there is a break in the o-rings that seal the grease in. Every one I've seen fail at 4000 miles had a broken o-ring. Take your's apart and study it, I mix grease with oil (makes a slurry) and use it. Also i shoot Fluid Film in there from the hole in the tube between tear downs. There's no reference to these that I found, It's all well to get in there and map it out. It's a good idea to buy a spare. This induces the original to last longer
